Invoice Visibility New With Syncrofy:

We understand how important invoices are when it comes to the payment processes within your supply chain. Having the ability to match the invoice to the PO and shipment/receiving data for a three-way match is critical to confirming a purchase before making a payment.

And for suppliers who want to ensure their customers are paying on time, the same rule holds true—they won’t pay unless they can achieve that three-way match.

That’s why we’re thrilled to announce that order life cycles within Syncrofy for Supply Chain now offer receipt and invoice visibility! This includes one of our most requested features—three-way match between the quantity ordered, quantity shipped/received, and quantity invoiced. 

Get the Receipt and INvoice Visibility You Need to Ensure Accurate Payments

The best part of this new feature is the accessibility. You can get all the details on an invoice right within the order lifecycle without having to navigate to the invoice itself. 

To access this new functionality, simply click on your desired order from the main Orders screen to navigate to the Order Detail Screen. Then, you’ll see four main tabs: Order Summary, Order Information, Shipments, and Invoices (including the number of invoices). If there are invoices for the order, click on that tab to view detailed information about each one. 

This information includes the total dollar amount due for each invoice, billing information, quantity of each product ordered, unit price, and amount. You’ll also be able to see any associated exceptions pertaining to the invoice, their severity, status, assignee, and date. 

By having access to this critical information at your fingertips you’ll be able to:

• Improve the rate of automated payment of invoices
• Improve relationships with your suppliers/customers
• Save time and money with accurate, consistent three-way matching
• Promote accountability within your organization
