New With Syncrofy: Order History Timeline
By: Pasquale Gatti | March 15th, 2021Syncrofy’s Timeline feature already allows you to track the entire progression of a document by tying together all of its related documents into a single view and highlighting any exceptions. Now we’re bringing that same visibility to your orders.
Introducing order “History” timelines for Syncrofy for Supply Chain. It’s an easy way to see updates to your orders at a glance, when an order was changed, shipped, received, invoiced, or updated.
Get the 411 on Your Order—Fast!
Rather than having to piece together milestones and updates when it comes to your order, it’s all in one place within your “History” timeline.
To access this new functionality, simply click on your desired order from the main Orders screen to navigate to the Order Detail screen. Then, just scroll down and you’ll see a section labeled “History.”
There you can view:
- Date & time order was created
- Changes made to the order via a PO acknowledgment or purchase order change
- Shipments sent/received
- Documents sent/received
- Order exceptions
We’d Love to Hear From You
We’re adding more capabilities to this feature, including the ability to filter to see only specific categories of updates, so please let us know what you think! And stay tuned for more developments coming to Syncrofy for Supply Chain soon.
This is just another way we’re helping you see your supply chain in a whole new light enabling the visibility needed to ensure you never miss a beat.
